Introduction

This is a legal document that sets out the terms of our agreement with you for the provision of demolition services to your property. It explains what we will do, how much it will cost and when we can start work. We hope that this document helps you understand the nature of our business and the way in which we operate. Scope of Work

We undertake all types of building works including:

• Demolition (including asbestos removal)
• Land Clearing
• Excavation
• Earthmoving

Insurance

All work undertaken by Almighty Demolition must be carried out in accordance with current health & safety legislation and regulations. All insurance coverages are subject to approval.

Indemnification

You hereby indemnify Almighty Demolition against any claim brought against Almighty Demolition as a result of any injury or damage caused by Almighty Demolition’s negligence or breach of contract.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Almighty Demolition excludes all warranties, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including without limitation, any warranty of fitness for purpose, merchantability or non-infringement.

Severance

If any part of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain valid and enforceable.
